An unfinished project, a lot of work has already been completed, and gear purchased, but still a ways to go. We don't know exactly what has been done and what is still to do ! but understand the following work has been carried out.

All interior from companionway forward has been removed and rebuilt.
All bulkheads removed and replaced with double of original thickness for strength.
New thermal insulation under wall trims and ceiling panels.
Water and diesel tanks refabricated in stainless steel and installed.
Interior wood refabricated, rebuilt and , re varnished.
Extra cabin added in place of previous forward head.
Midship fiberglass battery box fabricated and installed under floor panels.
Extra support beam added.
Floor support beams refabricated
Deck core from companionway to bow removed from inside , replaced with hardwood and fiberglass.
New ceiling panels and trims.
Freezer and Fridges rebuilt, new insulation.
New galley formica.
Shower stall fabricated.
New seacocks throughout.
New hull anodes purchased ready to be installed.
Masts stripped, rebuild and painted with Awlgrip.
New Standing rigging.
New running rigging.
Two outer layers of hull bottom removed and replaced with two layer of biaxial matt and epoxy.
Epoxy barrier coat 5 layers.
New engine heat exchanger, oil coolers, shaft flex coupling, cutless bearing holder.
New electric ceiling lights runs,
Marine grade wires purchases in different thickness and color as per designed electrics schematic ready to be installed.
All sails been refurbished.
New transducers.
New main AC/DC panel ( not installed )
New hardwood dingy davits fabricated.
Teak coamings and bow spirit removed, resealed and rebuilt.
All ceiling lights fixtures been refurbished and ready to be installed.
Reading lights purchased and ready to be installed.
Aircon unit refurbished and ready to be installed.
AC freezer compressor unit ready to be upgraded or reinstalled
Manual windlass Simpson Lawrence Tiger 555 installed

The owner says 60,000 US$ has been spent and he is just looking to recover some of his costs.
The original plan was to use her for join in group tours, and the number of berths in the current layout has been maximized with this in mind, but the layout could easily revert to standard.
