Broker's Comments
Really charming boat still in the same marina where it was built. She has undergone work over the years but could now do with a bit of TLC. Nothing that complicated that the normal DIY enthusiast couldn't do.
She has had all new sea cocks and hull fittings within the last two years.
There has been a deck leak over the starboard side of the foward cabin which has caused the head linings to come away and all the cockpit deck boards need replacing but they do not form part of the structure of the boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
