Broker's Comments
The Maurice Griffiths designed Atlantic Clipper is a great live aboard motor sailor with the benefit of a safe centre cockpit, aft cabin and six berths making this ideal for families.
The mast, rig, Main sail, Aft Sail and Head sail were all changed in 2014.
Some general cosmetic tidying up (mainly externally) would benefit this boat and this would improve the overall appearance of this boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
