Broker's Comments
The Bavaria 36 is described in a Yachting Monthly review as a pretty, well designed and seamanlike modern cruiser. Nicely set up to sail shorthanded yet spacious and comfortable for family and crew; they are popular and well thought of by their owners, several of whom have crossed oceans.
She's rigged to be as easy as possible to handle, in-mast furling main and furling genoa with all lines into the cockpit and self tailing Harken winches. The Volvo 2030 engine is the more powerful option for the Bavaria 36 and has been regularly maintained and serviced.
The 3 cabin layout below is ideal for families or liveaboard/distance cruising where extra stowage is needed. All the cabins are light and spacious and have hanging storage. The saloon is bright and airy, over 6' headroom throughout and is a comfortable seating or dining space, forming two further single berths if required. She feels dry and fresh below and presents well.
