Broker's Comments
This Bavaria 36 is the 2 cabin version and comes to the market in lovely condition with her standing rigging replaced in 2020 and an upgraded chartplotter. I couldn't fault her from appearances apart from maybe a few crazed hatches.
The owner has told me the boat has been wintered ashore during current ownership during all except 2 winters. The last being after the first lockdown when I could not get the boat in the water until early August.
In 2008 on initial purchase the hull was sanded and 3 coats of International Gel Shield were applied, followed by 2 coats of antifouling. 2020 the hull was scraped again down to the previously applied epoxy. Then had a moisture check carried out and had a further 2 coats of epoxy, a coat of hard antifouling and a coat of ablative antifouling applied. In the spring of 2022 a 2 further coats of antifouling.
