Broker's Comments
The Bavaria 37 is a good classic modern solid design that offers good cruising performance and a high standard of finish and accommodation. A sensible draft of 1.9m is achieved with a fin and bulb configuration and in this case she has a versatile sail plan - main on lazyjacks, furling headsail and then light and heavy wind options
The decks are clear and uncluttered and the cockpit feels safe and comfortable and has a variety of choices for whatever the weather has in store with a sprayhood and a separate bimini frame (bimini canvas needs replacing).
This is the 3 cabin layout, linear galley and u- shaped saloon with the extra seating. Perfect for families or ideal for couples extended cruising using the 3rd cabin as storage as she is at the moment. There's plenty of storage elsewhere too, under berths and seating is all usable
She's just come ashore and is awaiting scheduled saildrive seal replacement which will be completed before sale and is available for easy inspection
