Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Bavaria 50 Cruiser for sale. Can be sold with a London residential mooring at South Dock Marina if the buyer wants it.
This boat has only had two owners since new and never been chartered. It is offered in very good condition and has been well maintained by current and previous owner.
This is the four cabin version with two aft cabins under the cockpit, two heads off the saloon, a two bunk cabin to port and a large master suite in the bow with a third heads. It has excellent headroom and light in the saloon with a very large table, great for entertaining.
She was surveyed in December 2016 and has had a decent list of subsequent upgrades including:
New Webasto heating - 2018
New calorifier - 2018
New fridge/freezer and compressor - 2017
AIS installed - 2020
Rigging professionally checked - 2018
New impeller pump - Sept 2020
Coolant change - Sept 2020
B&G Vulcan 7 Chartplotter - 2018
As you'll see in the photos, the sprayhood to be refurbished or replaced and the headsail was damaged on delivery to the UK and also needs to be replaced. Other than that, this is a turn-key boat and anyone coming to view won't be disappointed.
The boat is currently moored at South Dock Marina, SE16 on a residential mooring and, if the new owner wanted to retain the berth, this can be transferred with the boat on payment of a 10% transfer fee to the marina.
