The forward cabin has an ensuite head. Two identical guest cabins are located aft with a head & separate shower accessed through the salon.

Broker's Comments
Beneteau Oceanis 46 from 2008. A spacious 3 cabin 2 head boat and very well laid out above and below decks. She comes with a 2014 Northern Lights Generator 6kva plus A/C.
Above decks all lines lead aft, as you would expect, and with the primary winches close to the two helm positions she is comfortable to sail short handed. The extra large cockpit is well protected with the Bimini and Dodger being connected, also with side protection from the sun and the rain.
