Broker's Comments
This 1980 Evasion 37 is one of only 50 ever built by Beneteau at a time when construction was very solid. Benefiting from a centre cockpit, an additional pilot helm and a ketch rig she makes for a comfortable live-aboard cruiser under 12 Metres. This yacht has been reviewed in Yachting World ( See the article in boat pictures) and has been in the same ownership for the last 15 years. She has been stored ashore in recent years while the owner has pursued other interests and will require some money being spent on her.
