Broker's Comments
This boat has had the same owners since new, and very light use - her engine has only run for an hour or so from new.
She's a great little boat for the Balearics, and her simple systems should make for easy maintenance. The lifting centreboard also allows her to get in nice and close to anchorages and beaches.
As well as cruising, she could also be raced, with a few upgrades, should you wish - she already has a spinnaker and launch bag.
There is the possibility of continuing the marina berth, in a really lovely location, by separate negotiation with her owners
