Broker's Comments
French production boatbuilders Beneteau need no introduction from me. The First 21.7 first left their drawing board as the 210 in 1992 but this particular model was nearing the end of the production run in 2008. They described the 21.7 as 'small in size but colossal in unanimously acclaimed qualities!' I'm inclined to agree!
She's only in her second ownership and has never been slept on, despite having four berths and plenty of usable space below. She's been day sailed and enjoyed around the Solent, her lifting keel gives her good performance whilst allowing access to the shallower anchorages easily.
She appears to be well cared for, clean and clear on deck and fresh and dry below with a good inventory of equipment both for sailing and for staying aboard if you wish. The outboard engine is new last year, supplied locally and barely has 10 hours running and pushes her along nicely when required.
There's a lot of fun to be had here, she's close to the Red Jet in Cowes so please do come and have a look!
