Broker's Comments
This Beneteau First 35, a successful cruiser racer, has a 'ready for action' feel about it. The owner sails regularly in the summer and has brought the vessel ashore each winter for maintenance during his 18 year ownership. He has accrued a large sail wardrobe, replaced the running rigging in 2018 and replaced the long lasting Dyform standing rigging in 2007.
Lines lead aft to a large cockpit, there are acres of deck space and the sheet winches are self tailing.
Down below there are berths galore with the benefit of two double aft cabins, a double forward cabin and 3 further berths in the saloon. New windows were fitted in 2019. In 2017 the headlining was replaced in the main saloon & aft cabins and a new heads was also installed along with all through new hull fittings.
A well known & popular family coastal cruiser / racer that will tick a lot of boxes for prospective buyers.
