The Oceanis 35 has all the essentials for easy sailing and comfort on the water, making her an ideal cruiser for a couple or small family. The cockpit is spacious with twim helms and a large fold down transom. Features include a folding prop, chart plotter, auto-pilot, wind instrument, electric head and 110 volt air-conditioning for use in a marina.
The interior is configured with two cabins, full galley and head with vanity, sink, shower & electric toilet. The forward cabin is open to the saloon creating a large open living space below deck. The aft cabin is spacious. Other features include a large hanging locker aft of the nav station and a good size storeroom to starboard.
This 2015 model is with a well-established charter fleet in the BVI and can provide a good stream of revenue to the owner.
