Broker's Comments
Everything you would expect and more from a seakeeping comfortable cruiser.
This is the 3 cabin version of the Beneteau Oceanis 37. She appears to be in great condition and offers a lot of boat for her size. I particularly like the port side aft cabin because the stern on these boats is nice and beamy the starboard side aft cabin is huge as wide as is long and has a window to watch the waves out the back (see photos).
Another quirky thing there is a small table lamp you can lift it out and take up and plug it into a socket in the cockpit table for atmospheric dining al fresco.
Whilst seating in the helm seat i also noticed the headsail winches are near the wheel and can be reached by the helmsman.
This boat has been annually maintain and wintered ashore.
