The Beneteau Oceanis 40CC is a well known and sort after model. They offer a fantastic safe cockpit design and this example has the solid screen, below deck offers a wonderful layout, with raised saloon area and huge master suit in the aft cabin.
This example has so much added equipment to list, and has to be seen to take in how well cared for this boat is!! The couple have cruised extensively over many years and this boat has been there home.
Try and find one as good!!!.
Note:- The owners are going land based so most of the equipment i.e galley, spares etc will remain. This will be as close to step on and cruise as you are likely to find at this kind of budget.
