Broker's Comments
This Philippe Briand designed Beneteau Oceanis 430 fast passage maker has never been in charter and started its life in N.Ireland, In the early 90’s it was sold to a French family and In the late 90's the third owner sailed the yacht from France to Asia where she was purchased by her current owner. An older Oceanis, which is not a bad thing, built in the days before the hull was just a membrane to keep the water out. We have, available for inspection, the survey report from when the current owner bought her, annotated with all of the work he completed. Full blister treatment in 2011 & new keel bolts 2014. Her regularly serviced Perkins 4108 has had new hoses and the sea cock replaced, the gearbox has had new bearings and seals, windlass was overhauled and a new Vectron battery regulator fitted 2015. The Mercury outboard has been serviced and a new Frigoboat controller installed. New Bimini 2017 dodger & awning fitted 2019.
