Broker's Comments
This boat was bought by the present owner as an ex charter boat and he has continued to charter the boat out in the same way. She is already booked for July and August.
I think the boat is a credit to Beneteau and the charter company who have looked after it. The boat is showing signs of age but is in generally good condition and has always been well maintained.
There would be an option for a purchaser to continue with the same chartering agreement by arrangement which would provide a very affordable way of keeping a boat like this in the Mediterranean near Narbonne. Approximate annual income is 12000Euros
