Broker's Comments
The Birchwood 33 Classic is a practical and versatile family size cruiser. Good for day sailing, weekending, long term cruising or full time mobile live aboard.
The strong, beamy hull offers acres of room whilst the accommodation is thoughtfully designed, comfortable & spacious. There is good headroom and plenty of windows to give a light, airy feel.
The large aft cabin has a double bed, plenty of storage and its own separate en-suite heads. The spacious forward cabin provides a great living area with en-suite heads & shower, two further berths, a galley and a saloon. The upholstery appears to be in good condition throughout.
Up in the wheelhouse there are twin helm and Nav seats with good visibility all round and complete protection from the weather. The nav kit is well equipped and the twin engines enable a good turn of speed for passage making. The anchor windlass can be controlled from the helm or on deck. Forward, side and aft decks are easy to move around, again with lots of space.
Birchwood Boats have a reputation for building solid, trustworthy motor cruisers, this example is definitely worth a look.
