Broker's Comments

This looks a good example of this popular Beneteau First 28 marque, which the owner still sails regularly. It is the fin keel version. He is seeking a larger boat for him and his crew.

Beneteau Firsts are known for their performance in light airs and handling in stronger winds.

The interior is well cared for and features six berths.

The upholstery looks in good condition.

The deck and exterior is clean and free from bumps and abrasions and there is a comprehensive range of navigation equipment.

The galley is compact but comprehensive with plenty of storage.

It has the usual Jabsco sea toilet.

The engine is a 15hp Yanmar installed in 2006. It had a major overhaul in 2021. It started from cold immediately and ran smoothly.

There is a recent survey which viewers are invited to inspect.

This could make an ideal first yacht for a small family or a solo sailor and at an affordable price.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
