Broker's Comments
I think it's fair to say that this is a project which requires quite a lot of TLC.
Some repairs have already been undertaken, for example the rudder has been professionally repaired but there is still plenty to do, amongst which will be the stem fitting, toe rails and rubbing strip, re-install the prop shaft, prop and rudder and there's a little matter internally of the headlining to be taken care of.
Having said that a few weeks work and she should be ready for the water again even if not pristine at this stage.
Macwesters were built like tanks so there is a good base for someone to work on and she is at rock bottom pricing to enable someone on a modest budget to get sailing before long.
