Broker's Comments

***Engine serviced April 2024 ***

*** This boat was just filmed by tv yachting star Tom Cunliffe as a GOOD example of one of these boats ***

This looks like a great example of a Hallberg Rassy Rasmus 35 - lovely clean, classical lines makes her very easy on the eye and she seems built for longer and more testing passages at sea.

She comes laden with equipment, above deck and below and one can see that she's equipped for passage making.

She has a centre cockpit, so great protection from the weather and very secure and safe feeling, and this enables an aft cabin, so completely separate accommodation for two.

Her forward accommodation area is well laid out and very practical, lends a light, bright and airy feel and seems nice and clean too.

If you're after a beautiful looking and tough feeling yacht that is standing the test of time, and you want coastal cruising or perhaps to go that bit further, then we feel that this yacht is well worthy of consideration.

Her 2021 survey states of the teak decking that "Sounding did indicate liberal lifting. There are also a good number of screw plugs which are missing. Many of the seams are broken. The timber needs to be replaced." No mention is made of damage to balsa core, delamination, etc. The survey is available upon request.
