About the Boat

The Beneteau 46, designed by naval architects Berrett/Racoupeau and the design firm Nauta, is part of a bold new generation of sailing yachts. Her cockpit features twin steering stations and her navigational instruments are close at hand, making sailing this yacht pure pleasure. An electric winch provides for ease in raising her main sail. The blend of a well-proportioned interior with the beauty of Moabi hardwood make DeeDee & Zeus seem larger than than she is. Her roomy interior make her an excellent choice for two couples or a family. The comfortable U-shaped dining settee has two removable seats providing additional space for guests. To starboard is an additional settee, chart table and navigator’s seat. The spacious galley with Corian countertops, microwave, stand-up refrigerator, freezer and ample storage make meal preparation a pleasure. Both fwd and aft cabins feature queen size beds, fans, opening hatch & port, dressing table & hanging locker. Both heads have a separate shower door and the forward head is equipped with an electric marine toilet. DeeDee & Zeus is equipped with a generator and air-conditioning make her comfortable below deck in all weather.

Location highlights

THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS locally known as NATURE'S LITTLE SECRETS, are easily the best sailing destination in the Caribbean, and arguably one of the best in the world. Warm weather year round, consistent trade winds and line of sight sailing make the BVI a sailors paradise. Our beautiful country is made up of over 60 islands and cays, mostly unspoiled, with fabulous white sand beaches, plentiful marine life, crystal clear waters and a relaxed island vibe. There are the spectacular boulders of Virgin Gorda and the picturesque village and beaches of Jost van Dyke along with the diversity and seclusion of the other 40 sister islands, islets and cays.

What our customers say about us

My husband Dave Hackney and I would like to thank you for a wonderful charter two weeks ago on Dee and Zeus. We absolutely had the best experience with your charter company. You all were very prompt and professional and the boat could not have performed better. The guys who worked on the boats were knowledgeable, professional and charismatic. We can’t say enough and look forward to coming back soon. Can you recommend a slower time in the islands or are those days over?? Would June/July be too hot? Our only complaint is too many people have discovered sailing in the BVI! Thank you again and we will be recommending you to our friends! LIBBY HACKNEY, DeeDee & Zeus, May 2013
