Broker's Comments

This pretty little boat is often mistaken for a Hurley 22 but she is a Cinder 22, designed by John Westell and built by Tyler Boats.
She has been in this area for a number of years and is well know locally. She has 4 berths, two in the forward cabin and 2 settee berths in the main cabin. There is a single ring gas hob to port and opposite there is a sink. The heads are located under the forward port berth.
She has an inboard diesel which will push her along at 5 knots and is rewarding to sail. She is currently out of the water for her bottom to be anti fouled.
She requires some TLC but this is reflected in the price.
