Broker's Comments

A very good example of a traditional sailing yacht built on the Broads.
The owner has kept her in dry storage and has regularly "wetted" the planking from inside the hull.
She has a host of extra's included in the sale which can be seen on several of the photographs.
She is currently her trailer which is included in the sale though whilst it has has a new axle, wheels and bearings there are no brakes fitted.
There are also 2 Bowsprits included.
The owner has a 4hp Suzuki 2 stroke engine available by separate negotiation which has done no more than 100 hours.
Reduced to £2500 for a quick sale.
