Main and Jib sails have been stored dry since 2001 and are serviceable with no tears. Some various halyards and running rigging renewed in 2005 but have never been used. New backstay also from 2005 but has never been used/fitted. The backstay requires an optional split-spreader completion in order to accommodate the newer (larger) cockpit cover. The rest of standing rigging is in very good condition and looks of similar vintage. All equipment exists for manual raising and lowering of the mast.

This Colvic is a very strong boat with a classic design that was taken from a Scottish fishing boat and moulded by Colvic. She is a long keel yacht with bilge plates so she is able to dry out in harbours or on sandy beaches. There are substantial single bow and twin stern Samson posts and two anchors are included.

Broker's Comments
This boat has not been used for a number of years and is in need of some cosmetic work. She was laid up for three years prior to current owner purchasing in 2005 and then transported to Scotland.
The 2005 survey report items have been attended to, however due to current owner illness she has been kept laid-up since then.
Engine tested ok - June 2013.
She is a classic motor-sailer which is ideal for a light refurbishment project that will deliver a stong reliable weekend cruiser.
Mooring available by separate negotiation.
Dinghy and Outboard (Johnson 6 or Johnson 15) available by separate negotiation.
