Broker's Comments
This Atlanta 31 was originally moulded by Colvic Craft during 1978/79 and subsequently fitted out by Youngs of Faversham, Kent. During 2003/4 this yacht underwent an extensive refit including renewing the engine with a Beta Marine, which was commissioned in 2005.
This Atlanta 31 offers good accommodation and may be suitable as a live-aboard with a forward cabin, saloon area and wheelhouse which includes a galley.
This example would benefit from a tidy up and should prove to be a robust and reliable option with all of the flexibility a motor-sailor.
