Broker's Comments
14/6/19 - BIG PRICE REDUCTION -THIS BOAT WILL SELL THIS MONTH - BOOK TO VIEW!!
The first impression one gets, when going down below on this boat, is how much space there is available, bow to stern. The accommodation could easily compare to a boat 5, even 10 feet longer. Yet above decks the lines are still appealing, and classic in looks.
With their hulls UK moulded, to LLoyds A1, the Victor is a sought - after model, and many of these boats have done trans-ocean passages, some much further.
This boat has been under current ownership for three years, and maintained and updated during that time.
Recent works include:
2016 - 2017 Interior varnish works
2016 - Gelshield protection applied to underwater surfaces.
2015 - Rigging survey, backstays replaced as a result of this.
2015 - Present - Engine maintenance and upgrading
Before this, she was used as an 'apartment', and stayed on the marina for nearly 10 years.
During this time she was maintained, engines run etc, by a professional skipper.
She is now for sale to make way for new family. In addition, this boat comes with the option of a swinging mooring, should the new owner require.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
