Broker's Comments
How would you like to sail the seas in comfort & style or just live in your favourite location, until you find a better one? The Classic Colvic hull with long keel, canoe stern & encapsulated ballast, along with ketch rig and 65hp Vetus engine should give you a very safe feel when passage making, not forgetting the ability to remain dry in a spacious wheelhouse.
The wheelhouse, with twin sliding companionway doors, has good all round visibility, a decent navigation fit and there are easy access panels in the floor to a roomy engine space.
The traditional wooden finish gives a warm, homely feel to this well laid out, clean, dry accommodation. There’s plenty of space with good headroom. The upholstery & head-linings appear to be in good condition. The galley is well equipped, there’s a separate heads compartment (with holding tank that has never been used), hot and cold water is provided, as is hot air heating throughout.
Colvic built boats have a great reputation for their design, build and seaworthiness. Add to this a smart, comfortable and practical living space and you have a winner. I would highly recommend a viewing of this vessel.
