Broker's Comments
My first time on a Dehler 25 and I was really impressed. It has the feeling of a high-quality family sailer. German engineering is evident, simple, well made and functional.
Fitted with a Yanmar IGM10, shaft drive. The lifting keel is operated from the foredeck with a winch handle, that turns the worm drive. The water ballast system means that it is also easy to trailer. The boat also benefits from new cabin upholstery, which still in its delivery wrapping.
Work undertaken:
Upholstery recovered approx. 2016
New fuel tank 2018 (not yet used)
Rudder refurbished 2016 (as per survey recommendation)
Hull epoxied 2016
Battery isolator fitted 2012(as per survey)
Battery relatively new (2017 )
New Plastimo compass (2012)
New head sail UV strip (Kemp sails)
Various sheets etc replaced (but need cleaning )
Improvements to trailer incl addition of electric winch.
