This combined area can be closed off from both the salon and forward bunk.

Broker's Comments
This Dufour 31 offered for sale is one of the best presented 30 year old boats that I have seen in recent years. She is clean and tidy with her internal furniture and flooring in excellent condition given her age. She is also very well equipped. Externally, she has a few minor scratches and abrasions in keeping with her age, however there is no evidence of any major repairs or damage. As with all older boats there will always be issues requiring attention, however much of the major refurbishment has already been done, with the rigging replaced in 2014 and a reconditioned engine installed in recent years. As a result this Dufour 31 is a great mid sized family cruiser with renowned sailing performance. This new, greatly reduced price, represents superb value and if you are looking to upgrade to a larger yacht, this one should be on your list.
