Two CATERPILLAR 3056 DINA 6-cylinder diesel engines, each developing 125 hp, with approximately 3,000 engine hours.
The original tiller has been retained as a decorative feature and replaced by a brass helm station with hydraulic wheel steering.

Registered with the BIP (Association of Heritage Interest Boats), allowing the annual inland waterways licence to be obtained at 10% of the standard cost.
Two 700-litre diesel fuel tanks for propulsion.
One 100-litre diesel fuel tank for the generator.
One 1,000-litre freshwater tank.
The original mast has been retained for decorative purposes.
The last condition survey, including both afloat and out-of-water inspections, was carried out in September 2019 for the renewal of the Community Certificate.

The well-designed U-shaped galley is fitted with solid oak cabinetry, a 220V refrigerator (also operational while underway), a four-burner gas hob, a gas oven with grill, and a double stainless steel sink.
The dining area features a round table, followed by a very spacious saloon with a television, and finally a small office.

Heating for the entire vessel is provided by a drip-feed stove. A second gas heater is also installed.

Boatshed Bourgogne is delighted to offer for sale this 23.36-metre Tjalk, registered as a Heritage Interest Vessel.
This charming Tjalk offers both character and comfort, with attractive interior joinery and a beautifully crafted solid wood galley. With a shallow draught of just 0.90 m, she is capable of cruising the vast majority of the French and European inland waterways.
She is powered by two CATERPILLAR engines, professionally installed new in 2007 (supporting certificates available).
Ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the peaceful lifestyle of cruising the inland waterways. In addition to the owner's cabin, there is a guest cabin with a single berth, and the spacious saloon offers sufficient room to install one or even two sofa beds if additional accommodation is required.
The vessel is currently moored in a secure marina in northern Burgundy. Subject to the harbour master's approval, the mooring may be transferred to the new owner.
Annual mooring fee: €1,550.
