Enter via one of two doors on either side of the bright and generous wheelhouse. Down steps into galley / dining room, with large bright saloon forward.
Bathroom with modern washbasin and contemporary walk-in shower (and separate WC) is amidships, with study / office area opposite.
Further forward into large, bright, double bedroom (plenty of space for a king sized bed) with fitted cupboards. In the forepeak is a further cabin, which is currently used for storage, but could easily be made into a third bedroom.
Aft of the wheelhouse is the second bedroom - also a good-sized double - with built-in wardrobes.
Lovely original wooden flooring throughout.
Heating is provided by an efficient combi boiler (loads of radiators throughout the boat), with the back-up of a super wood burning-stove.
Headroom is good throughout the boat - at least 6'6".

This lovely old Luxemotor is conveniently situated at Barking Creek, a few minutes away from the District Line, buses, supermarkets and excellent road links.
The combination of well-preserved original features and some nice modern touches offers a spacious contemporary living space. The mooring is safe, secure and is very good value for money.
