Brokers Comments - Elan Impression 344
The Elan Impression 344 is built by Elan yachts to designs by Rob Humphreys, so you know you are going to get a decent yacht, indeed the 344 won European Yacht of the year in 2006.
This boat is pretty close to what I would call “showroom condition”. I was amazed how big she feels below decks – the generous headroom and well thought out design makes her feel like a 36 or 38 footer, and the heads are spacious and well lit enough to grace an even bigger yacht. The aft cabin is worthy of the name, with a decent sized double bunk (my wife would call it a bed, she might even say it was downstairs).
She has all the electronics you need, and a sail plan ideal for short handing – furling main and genoa, lines led aft and of course that brilliant cockpit enclosure for drizzly days stuck in St Vaast (not that I’d mind being stuck in St Vaast, especially in this boat). High spec, high quality of presentation, this all must mean great fun!
