Broker's Comments
The Elan Impression 344 is a great family cruiser, perfect for coastal cruising and spending time on the water.
Internally, this version appears to be in exceptional condition, despite being a 2008 vessel she feels modern and spacious and offers comfortable U shaped seating to port side and an additional seating starboard side that could easily accommodate 8 adults around the table. She is well quipped for extended overnight stays offering 8 comfortable berths. The galley is well thought out, functional and offers plenty of room to prepare an enjoyable meal.
Externally, she is well equipped with original sails, standing rigging, electric windlass, stack pack, lazy jacks and everything else you would need for safe passage making.
It was pleasure to photograph such a lovely, well maintained yacht, and it is evident the owner has taken great care and pride in maintaining her.
During lockdown the owner has been unable to keep the exterior clean but it would only take a bucket of hot soapy water to clean her up.
An early viewing would be highly recommended
