Broker's Comments
The award-winning Elan Impression 344 is a good sized and specified cruising yacht, with similarly good potential for club racing. These boats have the length and build to provide a comfortable platform for coastal sailing and into bluer waters when conditions permit. There is everything you might expect for a boat at this level, including a spacious cockpit with binnacle wheel steering, a straightforward rig to operate and good sized decks for working the boat and enjoying time outside when not sailing.
This 2 cabin version, with separate shower, appears to be in exceptional condition, with teak decks and plenty of upgrades including a new Saildrive unit and Stack pack. With a contemporary, spacious and comfortable saloon, U shaped seating to port side and an additional seating starboard side that could easily accommodate plenty of adults around the table. She is well-quipped for extended overnight stays offering 5 comfortable berths. The galley is well thought out, functional and offers plenty of room for entertaining.
Externally, she is well equipped with original sails, standing rigging, electric windlass, stack pack, lazy jacks and other items listed in our inventory that you would expect to see on a passage making yacht.
It was pleasure to visit and photograph a yacht that presents well, looking as if she has been well maintained and upgraded during her ownership.
