Broker's Comments
There's not many of these great little cruisers around.
Akin to the GK29, she is a bit tardis-like below but there is no compromise on the lines below the water so she should be a great boat to sail.
This one is quite a bit of a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately the owner has been unable to give her the attention she enjoyed previously so her condition has suffered somewhat. Walking onboard, I got the impression she is fundamentally sound but she will need work to overcome what appears to be mainly cosmetic issues. This is reflected in the price and with some work, she will make a great family cruiser.
