Broker's Comments
Despite being a 1990 boat, this Falcon 27 motor cruiser looks nice and modern - she offers lots of cockpit space for entertaining and sea borne frolics, with open, light, bright and airy accommodation down below.
She's well catered for with navigation and engine instrumentation - a comprehensive helm position and good view should enable safe skippering.
Her cockpit is large and with plenty of seating and there is a lovely swim platform from which to launch the children!
Her interior really is a nice place to be - clean, sweet smelling and plenty of room. There is an aft cabin with a seating area and the forward saloon converts into a giant double. There is also a useful galley area and stowage everywhere.
All in all, this boat could suit most people looking for a boat of this type - family, friends, couples - I'd say all should be equally at home.
