Straight off the pages of one of Arthur Ransom's novels. This Falmouth Bass Boat is an attractive gunter rigged ketch, set for single handed sailing, although capable of carrying five- and perhaps a picnic basket and cake tin or two...
These boats have great stability and a strong bilge for drying out if required. There are internal watertight storage lockers- ideal for tents and blankets, and the lifting keel and rudder allow access to shallow creeks and waterways.
When it's time to head home, the boat is easily de-rigged, and the mast lies neatly inside the boat, for safe transportation.
The boat is offered for sale with a modern, low hours Tohatsu four stroke, road trailer, in good condition and full waterproof, winter storage cover.
Note: There is an old advert floating about on feed-sites, with details and photos of the boat, when listed by us 2 years ago. Please ignore any reference to the boat being sold but note photos are still relevant as the condition of the boat is little changed.
