Broker's Comments
At this price, this Feeling 1040 looks like truly exceptional value!
She has been much loved by her current owners who have taken her through the Channel and Channel Islands, where I'm told she proved herself to be a mean performer, yet easily and safely handled by a short-handed crew.
Her interior is very light, airy and roomy and she is adorned with many extra features that further enhance her comfort and safety. There is a great inventory that bolsters the impression that she has been truly valued.
She has been regularly professionally maintained to a defined schedule and has been lifted out of the water each winter. She has been ashore for an extended period, thus representing a possible easy, money saving inspection and survey prospect for the lucky new owner-to-be.
The current owners have a genuine reason for sale – she needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated.
I have further technical and upkeep details from the owner, available electronically - just drop me an email to request.
