Broker's Comments
Fiskars designed their Finnsailer 35 along the lines of the traditional Baltic pilot boats. Strongly built to Lloyds standards and fitted out using quality materials. They began production in 1969 making this example a fairly late model.
The traditional Finnish lines lend themselves well to making a great use of space both above and below deck. The large cockpit (fully covered or open) is a safe working area, or fantastic for entertaining. Helming from a semi enclosed wheelhouse means passage making isn't limited by weather.
Below she opens up into a light airy saloon with versatile accommodation and lots of storage. Going forward, the heads and good sized forward cabin can be closed off for privacy, a valuable attribute particularly if you're living or spending lots of time aboard.
What sets her aside, for me, from similar length motorsailers is the headroom below. She really does appear to be a much bigger boat and with her smart new upholstery she feels so open and airy, it's a pleasure to go below.
