Broker's Comments
The Folkboat is one of the most successful small yacht designs of all times with both a good cruising following and a vibrant racing circuit.
This Folkboat - Number 45 - has been comprehensively restored and is presented in exceptional condition and is the perhaps the best example of this classic class that I have seen.
Over the past 5 years the current owner has undertaken a series of renovations and improvements including the total re-furbishment of the topsides, cockpit and cabin. A new engine was fitted by the previous owner in 2007.
This is a great opportunity to own a sailing classic with no immediate work needed.
