Broker's Comments
This is a custom built 45.6' Millerick Marine Mull 45, a fast Aluminium centre cockpit cruiser designed by Gary Mull. The boat has not been used since she came back from the Caribbean in 2015 and is quite a big project as you can see from the pictures. She has a spacious aft cabin with Queen size bed and private heads with toilet and shower. There is also a comfortable fore cabin with a second head adjacent. Just forward of the aft cabin are two crew berths. Midship saloon, galley and nav station. Large engine room located below the cockpit. She is a rugged 1/4" aluminium plate construction below the waterline. Frames on 3' centre with 1-1/2" T Stringers on 8" centres. Insulated above the waterline. Ballast 9500lbs. She was last surveyed in the US in 2007 and has one previous owner.
