Broker's Comments
I have sold a fair few Gibsea’s now, and I never cease to admire their well thought out layouts and feeling of stylish competence. Gibert Marine was founded in 1972, and was taken over by Dufour in the mid 1990s, the 352 Master spanned those years, and in my humble opinion was one of their better designs.
She just doesn’t seem to date, and looks just as good now as she did the day the Hubble telescope took to the skies, and Nelson Mandela finally completed his long walk to freedom.
The Master has the shoal draught, so marina cills and Solent Harbour bars are less of a problem – slip into the Beaulieu River while the Bavarias and Jeanneau’s have to turn round and head for Cowes!
