Broker's Comments
This is a cracking weekend motor sailer. Perfect for coastal and estuary fun with the family.
The helm seat with wheel steering is well protected from our West Country weather by a solid spray screen and spray hood. The roomy cockpit with it's high combing is uncluttered and easy to move around. Nice and safe for kids.
The saloon roof that extends for the whole beam gives her a larger than life feel down below. The head-linings and upholstery are all in good condition and she has a real homely and slightly retro atmosphere to her.
Underneath she could do with a little tidying up. Although she has been copper coated there are some early signs of osmosis in the hull and the cast iron bilge keels have some surface corrosion.
The December 2015 survey is available to view on request as is the receipt for the December 2015 engine service.
