This Heard Tosher is descibed as a standing lugg rig which is reportedly very easy to sail. It has undergone an extensive refurbishment recently, including the engine, shaft and propeller, side decks, hull exterior and hull interior. With a simple open cockpit arrangement, which contains thwarts an engine box and a small cuddy space under the forward deck, for storing loose items.

This is a lovely example of these popular lugger rigged yachts and deserves a close up look if this is the sort of easy sail you are looking for.
