Broker's Comments
This Hunter is a well constructed example of a home completed yacht from a reputable British builder. She is as good as many factory finished examples which I've seen over the years. She has a comprehensive and integrated navigation suite with more than usual instrumentation for a yacht of her size plus all her working parts, rig, sails, motor, appear to be in first class working order, but a survey would hopefully confirm my personal impressions.
A little varnish work here and there and maybe some new upholstery (not in any way necessary btw) would return her to 'as new' condition.
