Broker's Comments
This delightful Hurley 22R has been in her current ownership for the last 3 years and comes well equipped to deal with coastal waters as well as estuaries. A bright clean boat, she is now offered for sale as the owner has bought a bigger boat. As an "R" (Ravensail) she was built under licence and so dates from 1983 as opposed to others on the market that are typically early to mid 1970s. This means she is fresher than many and has a much more modern appeal, with faux teak deck and bright clean interior.
This boat was sold a few months ago to an overseas buyer who sadly could not complete due to Covid travel restrictions. A survey was completed and so some photos show where scrapings were taken to test the thickness of the gelcoat
The photos are a selection of original photos and more recent. The boat was put back to market following the survey, which concluded that she was very solid, with no immediate requirements and only a few advisories that may warrant attention over time but would be part of any boats ongoing maintenance. She is a delightful boat that is now priced to sell. Please note the Chart Plotter has been transferred to the owners new boat, the stand and aerial remaining.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
