Broker's Comments
This is a splendid boat, and she's benefited from a great deal of time, money and effort, spent on her by her current owner.
Major expenditures include replacement engine, currently at 110 hours and replacement standing rigging.
She's ideally set up for short handed (maybe even solo!?) sailing. She has all lines led aft, a powerful autopilot, furling mainsail, and a self tacking head sail.
She has twin helm positions, one interior for poor weather and a large capacity to accommodate, for her size.
Designed by Phillipe Briand, she has a proven pedigree in blue water cruising boat design.
There is an insurance survey from March 2018 that will be available to potential buyers.
She may also be available with a berthing option, however, this would be by negotiation with the current owner.
