Broker's Comments
This 1994 Jeanneau Sun Odyessy 31 presents herself in very good order and appears to have been well maintained.
Being a shallow draft wing keel, she offers the best of both worlds in terms of stability, speed and being able to explore shallower waters.
The owner has 3 different type of headsails so please take note of this in the main advert.
There is a spinnaker pole and a DIY made whisker pole (which is very effective I am told!)
Additional Notes
- The GPS is made by Garmin
- The engine was serviced in April 2023
- The sail cover and sail dodger are less than 5 years old.
A copy of a survey is available (dated 12th July 2018) in which its conclusion was "Her hull below the waterline is in sound condition. The rudder and stern gear also remains in sound condition."
