Broker's Comments
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 31 cruiser benefits from the combination of good sailing performance coupled with a generous amount of interior accommodation.
The light and roomy interior includes large double aft and forward cabins, a good sized galley to port, a spacious saloon, with drop-leaf table, navigation station with its own seating, and a separate heads with shower and hand basin.
When I visited, I could see the current owners have put in time and financial investment in maintaining and upgrading the boat, including engine servicing, a new furling system and Genoa, new upholstery and carpets.
The boat would be equally suited for family use, single handed sailing, or extended cruising.
